A concert presentation which features music as played by vibist Ed Saindon, clarinetist Ken Peplowski, cornetist Warren Vache and trombonist Dan Barrett on the CD, The Great American Songbook.
The program features the music of George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Hoagy Carmichael, Fats Waller, Rodgers and Hart, Jerome Kern, Harold Arlen, James Van Heusen, Harry Warren and other composers of the Great American Songbook.
The group features a front line of trumpet, clarinet, trombone along with a rhythm section which includes vibes, (guitar or piano is optional) bass and drums.
